I am passionate about the quality of buildings, having over 25 years experience in new build and refurbishment of buildings. I have worked on multi award winning and bespoke luxury house projects over the course of my career. I understand the challenges of building houses and appreciate the struggles of the site team with the pressures to produce numbers, however I do not feel that the quality of the finish is something that can be compromised in the process. With the increase in demand for new homes house builders are struggling to complete a house to the high standard that is expected. The service that I offer puts the customer in control of the quality of their new home and gives them the confidence that they are buying a quality product. I am a member of The Institute Of Clerks Of Works and Construction Inspectorate and also a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association and I regularly review new construction processes and codes of practice so you can have confidence that you are hiring a dedicated professional who is passionate about quality.
